well not a meat but a brand is boars head, up north i have to go to a specialty food store to find it

Pastrami. I can only find it at the butcher or in resturants. It goes well on sandwiches with melted swiss. Subway makes it "okay."

I really like cow tongue,  but it has to sit it in vinegar for a while.  I also like scrapple and blood sausage.
