Favorite music for the whole family.....?

Question

are there any musicians or bands that your whole family loves? My families universal favorite is Mika, we all love him, even my 31 yr old "geek" husband! I let my daughter check out his MySpace page last night, she is 10 and almost had a coronary that she was actually able to send him a message! Here is one of our favorites.

All of my kids'  listen to a variety of music with me and my husband and they seem to mostly like, The Beatles, Bob Marley, and other Regggae music.

We all love They Might Be Giants - even their 'grownup' songs are fun for the kids -and- their 'kid' songs always have something there for the grownups to enjoy.  

We all enjoy the clever word play & general goofiness in their songs.

And, of course, we don't miss a Flaming Lips show, whenever they're around, taking the kids, too, if it's an all-ages venue :D  We love the ideas they present & the fun that they have with music overall.
