  3. Pink Pearl has probably the best dim sum for selection and quality...but depending on how busy it is, the service can be only so-so, which means you might miss some of the fresher stuff coming out of the kitchen.

    Noodle soup...definatley the Congee Noodle House on Broadway.

  4. For the best dim sum in all of Greater Vancouver go to Sun Sui Wah Seafood Restaurant in Richmond, 102 - 4940 No. 3 Road.
