  1. I just made this awesome bananna pudding a few days ago, and I'm actually eating some of it as we speak here at work....mmmmmm....so good, creamy and rich  you'll love it if you like banana pudding!

I got this recipe a long time ago off of www.allrecipes.com

This recipe makes quite a bit, so sometimes I half the recipe

    Banana Pudding IV

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

    3 cups cold milk

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

    4 bananas, sliced

1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers ( now they have mini vanilla wafers, so I use those)

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.

Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill.

  5. Pretty much any type of cookie...but I've also taken to eating New York Vanilla ice cream with homemade magic shell on top.

    Homemade Magic Shell:

1/2 bag chocolate chips (Roundy's Real Milk or Nestle are the best :])

    1/2 stick of butter (1/4 c.)

1/4 c. corn oil (MUST be corn. Vegetable oil will not give the same consistency.)

Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave-safe bowl and stir until blended thoroughly. Add corn oil and mix together. Pour over ice cream, adding sprinkles, whipped cream, or any other topping you like

You can also make this with basically any kind of baking chips out there...butterscotch is the best :]

  6. Hot chocolate fondant

  7. Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

During the baking a cake layer forms on top and a rich chocolate sauce appears on bottom. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whip cream.

1 cup Bisquick or biscuit/pancake mix

    1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons plus 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

    1/2 cup milk

    1 tsp vanilla

    1 2/3 cup hot water

    Powdered sugar (optional)

Mix bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tbs cocoa in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour on water. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 40 minutes or until top is firm. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve at once in bowl with sauce spooned over cake. Make 6 servings.

Homemade Chocolate or Vanilla Cream Pudding

    1 to 1 1/2 cup sugar

    1/4 cup cornstarch

1/2 cup cocoa (for chocolate pudding only)

    dash salt

    4 cups milk

    4 egg yolks, slightly beaten

    4 teaspoons vanilla

1/4 cup butter, softened (for vanilla pudding only)

Combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, and salt in 2-quart saucepan.

Combine milk and egg yolks, then gradually stir into the dry ingredients.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to boil for one minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, and stir in butter and vanilla. Pour pudding into four serving dishes, and chill.

    Servings: 8 - 1/2 cup

    Peach Flan

9 oz. Package white or yellow cake mix

    1 egg

    ½ cup peach syrup

    1-3oz package vanilla instant pudding

    1 cup milk

    1 cup light cream

    1 can sliced peaches, drained

    Vegetable spray (Pam)

Prepare cake mix per package directions, substituting peach syrup for water. Spray Flan pan (has a slight raised middle area) with vegetable spray. Pour in cake mix and bake at 350F oven for about 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Using milk and cream, prepare pudding according to package directions. Fold 1/3 cup chopped peaches into pudding mixture. Pour into cooled flan shell (indented area). Top with peaches. Chill until firm Garnish with whip cream around edge of peaches and in the middle. 6-9 servings.
