Nike Air Max Moto 5...the most comfortable shoes on the planet...I thought that New Balance 800 and 900 series was the most comfortable until I felt these...mine are silver and black on white.

Get yourself some Nike shoes. the shocks are supposed to be really good running shoes and i own a pair but ive never liked them that much for running. i would suggest going with a Nike air shoe. those are good shoes for running.

Ran in Asics, Brooks, Mizunos, Nikes, Sauconys and New Balance.

My absolute favorites are Brooks Adrenaline (road running - marathoning) and Mizuno Nirvanas.

For trails: Brooks Cascadias.

Not all shoes are alike, made for different foot types/pronation.

i got a pair of nike shox. and walking in them is a workout in itself. they are very heavy for running shoes! so don't plan to sprint in them. although they will build muscle if you jog in them.

i need a new pair for track this year.
