Get a digital box. Like Freeview with built in recorder. Or if it&#039;s on Channel 4 or BBC then try this! Log on to and download softwre version and players - take signing up to them also.

I think you can watch last night&#039;s episode of the secret life of the american teenager on abcfamily.com it should be up. For one tree hill and gossip girl, i do not know. You can check up mega video or youtube. Like type in the episode&#039;s name.
