For mine it was the Semi Final comeback by the Bulldogs over the Eels in '98. With 10 minutes to go and leading 18-2 the Eels fans were all chanting "Bring on the Broncos", but by the end of extra time they were all crying in their beers... Bulldogs 32- Eels 20. (Parramatta Eels 21 years without a Premiership and counting!)

  1. i will assume you are a dogs fan so for me the favourite moment is this year when willie mason looked up at the dogs fans stone faced after scoring the first try

but the real favourite is when freddy, ricko and the boys lifted the cup in 2002

  2. The 1989 Grand Final...hail Mal Meninga!

  3. Cause im a Kiwi

It has to be when stacey Jones scored in the Grand Final against the Roosters. But then again we did loose. So No Fav moments but heaps of bad moments.

  4. When Ray Price and Mick Cronin were carried ontop of shoulders after winning their Third Premiership in a Row and retiring, Great Stuff, Go Eels!

  5. 2005 when the Tigers won the GF. I was at the semi against St George. St George had had more time to purchase tickets as they had qualified a week earlier. We (Tigers fans) had to scramble to get tickets. We thought we would be outnumbered 3 to 1 in the stands - but it was an electric feeling, every neutral wanted the Tiges to win and we did. Then the Benji flick pass to Richards in the GF. Great two weeks.

Made up for the 1989 loss the guy above thought was good.

  6. when greg bird took the man of the match in the first state of origin match 2008 against the maroons.him and wallace outplayed the thurston.now jamesagu eating his words for criticising the nsw selectors.that goose knew nothing about rugbt league.a chooks supporter who keeps on walking on his own poo.that's why his team called the sydney S****y roostera.go to sleep aguilar your pc has a lot of poo virus.that's my greatest moment in rugby league yahoo answer.at least bird poo in the air or in the trees.the chooks  like jamesagu walks in their own poo.

  7. 1999 G/F- I am not a Dragons or Storm fan but I went to the game. Dragons lead 18-4 with 30 minutes left, Storm win on the siren after the most controversial decision in League history, Penalty Try. Still convinced Dragons would have won had it not been for Mundine, blew 2 deadset tries that day.

  8. The 1989 Grand Final, of course.

Canberra Raiders in extra time over a tiring and heavily fancied Tigers team.  Big Mal & the guys had other ideas.

(Bob Fulton the cheat.  I love it)

  9. I got 3 sorry,

1)When Darren Albert ran across the field and made a try saver!

2)When that Cowboys player was running down the sideline and Scott Sattler, then the next year he tried to do it again to Amos Roberts but didn't succed!

3)In the 2005 Grand Final, Benji Marshall runs down the sideline and Matt Bowen nearly close to him and done that magnifiance flick pass to Pat Richards!

But it will be when Sharks win a Grand Final!

    C'MON YOU BLUES!!!

  10. Ricky Walfords try against Brisbane Broncos in Grand Final, just about everyone for the first time in N.S.W was going for St.George that day, then Broncos won, that sucked but they proved they deserved it by backing up. Who said 1999 grand Final was the best, that was a disgrace, that penalty try was the most pathetic decision of all time

  11. thanks for reminding me of the bad memories!

my fave moments would be some of the individual clashes....... the chief and spud carroll, mark geyer and gordy tallis, moments like those make our game great! some of the best skill iv seen comes from krisnan inu last year against bulldogs when he scored in the corner, that try was freakish!!

  12. 06 GF, lockyers FG

  13. Ian Roberts absoultly destroying Gary Jack.

  14. It was way way back when........George Piggins flattened the biggest cheat (in my opinion) the game has ever known. No names, no court cases, but he played for Manly and his initials are Bob Fulton.

  15. The cattle dog incident  when jamie goddard smacked joey johns around then joey tried to sneak around the ref for a second go only to be belted and slapped around like a shelia thats Queensland Spirit not lke that game the other night bring in Princey!!

  16. tough question, yeahh, that's true...

mine's the 1997 GF; the rivalry (like classic Carroll/Harragon) between Manly and Newcastle, that last try by Albert, the Johns brothers...it was so tough and, in the end, so glorious. The aftermath as well, it was happy and extremely proud. The whole town was just floating.

but recently, in the Centenary Test, as well. The Inglis/Gasnier was gold, I won't forget that for a while.

  17. The 1999 GF, between Melbourne and St George... It was amazing and controversial... i still get shivers seeing the footage...

  18. 1991 GF (Penrith vs. Canberra)...Royce Simmons getting dropped to reserve grade, only to make a comeback on GF day and lead the team to victory in his final match

1997 GF (Newcastle vs. Manly)....Darren Albert scoring the winner in the dying moments of the game, sensational!
