  1. Try Verge In Collins street, you gotta book ahead(like 2mths) but it worth it .

  2. this is a hard choice as there are about 800 in the CBD, but a good place for a meal is the QV Centre. The buffet meals at the Hyatt and the Crown are good value. However, if you don't want to pay too much for a buffet meal, there is Kings Buffet at Crown Casinoa. There are a number of Asian restaurant in the city. Along Little Bourke Sttreet, Swanston, and Bourke Streets. Melbourne Central also has a few places to go to, that are good value. The rule of thumb that I apply is thatif there are not too many people in the restaurant, don't go in there as there food is not too good.

  3. hmm i used to travel to melbourne on business-have you been to the bald headed??? something or other cafe i think it's at the qv centre off an open square-they have heaters outside & the most decadent hot choccie to drink & the most amazing choc desserts basically it's all chocolate-i'm guessing it's pretty cold down under now so this is a fun place to get cosy & indulge :)
