  1. How about bread and water? It's popular with third world prsions and those prisoners are skinnyyyyyy!

  2. Fruit, egg's and dairy. =]

  3. u r too young!do this:take long, brisk walks.have nothing to eat that comes wrapped.no cellophane,no box.have only things find in nature:meat,fish-not breaded and not fried.only low fat cottage cheese.u can meat enormous salads and chop in there eggs and shreaded tuna fish.use cottage cheese to make a creamy dressing.mix a little mustard and fresh herbs.have a day 3 fruits ,5 veggies-better if all different colors.have the meat or chicken ur mom cooks but try to have no extra sauce.drink plenty of water.u need 4 servings of bread or its equivalents:grains but whole wheat.

so the diet is nothing that has more than one ingredient.cookies have a ton of ingredients as opposed to a tomato.matter of fact having too much coffe is not good.also zero soda even if it is no sugar.

i am sure your doctor can guide you since u are 2 young.alos expect to loose only 1 pound a week!

  4. hmm. i wish i could help you...im lookin for the same thing sweetie...

  5. coffee and cigarettes :)

  6. The truth is none of these "fad diets" really work.  They simply appear to show results because they deprive your body of important nutrients.  For instance, the cabbage soup diet starves your body so that you lose water weight.  I would highly recommend that you stay clear of these silly fad diets.

Good luck on you dieting adventures.
