Of course my hometown team used to be my favorite until Management drove them into the ground... switched to the Red Wings in early 90's.

Not a bandwagon fan(although understand the criticism)... I just refuse to pay jacked up ticket prices to a franchise that refuses to invest in the product on the ice.

Loyalty through the crappiest years to the championship (hopefully on their way) years doesn't waver. Even when they stink or are superb. Seeing how I am only 24 years old they have been worse than usual during my life except in the very early 90's and my loyalties never wavered even when they were abomitable.

I live in CT and my Whalers moved to NC. I am a NY sports fan so I took interest in the Rangers once the Whalers left town. I miss the live games. We have the Rangers AHL team but it is not the same.
