Mmm...I like Goldschlager a lot. I'd have one now if it wasn't four in the morning.

I really like red Aftershock as well. Not sure why, but its probably because its so sweet and cinnamony. I used to be addicted to Irn Bru WKD too. Terrible, I know, but I couldn't get enough of it.

Had to put a stop to all that though - the chemicals alone must ruin your insides.

does champaigne count? I dont like cocktails as they are either too low in alcohol or they are too full of sugar and too calorific.

A cement mixer.  But not if I'm drinking it.

lemon juice and Baileys.  served separately, but mixed in the mouth at the same time .   The Baileys curdles in the mouth.  Hence cement mixer.

1.5 oz peach schnapps

1.5 oz Apple schnapps

1.5 oz light rum

1 oz orange juice

1 oz pineapple juice

1/2 oz sweet & sour

splash grenadine

splash 151 rum

served over ice in a tall mug w/ a cherry

My new favourite, amaretto shakes. It's a mixture of chocolate ice cream, brandy and amaretto.

Dooley's cream drink thing - a bit like Baileys but even sweeter and sicklier - one of those things you don't know why you like them but you do then you regret it in the morning.  

I love a good choc pop too.  Crème de Menthe on the bottom of the shot glass topped with Baileys.
