My favorite books by Piers Anthony would have to be Bio of a Space Tyrant (6 books) followed by the Apprentice Adept series (7 books).

I have read many of his books, but the above 13 books are by far my favorites - can't really single out a specific book, as these work more as a series than a single story.

Other books that I have enjoyed are the Geodyssey books (Isle of Woman, Shame of Man, Hope of Earth, Muse of Art), Shade of the Tree and Firefly, although he has written many wonderful books. I have read a few of the Xanth books and enjoyed those as well.

I don't know if you can find the UK versions, in the US, but US versions are definitely available. You can probably order the UK versions, but shipping would probably be pretty high.

You can also try the second site listed below, but I don't know if shows if it is the UK or US version. Their prices on used books are quite reasonable and they offer free shipping in the US.
