If you are looking to go down South I was just in Mayan Riviera, Mexico. We stayed at the newly built Blue Bay resort just outside of Cancun. I have to say it's 5-star rating is very well deserved. Food was amazing with a 24-hour fully inclusive room service, all day buffet and great (FREE) drinks! Mostly an adult resort, not recommended for partiers, just a gorgeous place to relax.
