  1. queen street mall by far

  2. Queen Street Mall is the best, also, the shops and restaurants in Fortitude Valley are fun.

  3. DFO airport drive!!!!

    Chermside shopping centre

    Garden city - Mt Gravatt

    Indooroopilly shopping centre

  4. Chermside is huge and has pretty much anything you can want.

    Indooroopilly, Garden City, Toowong, Brookside, Toombul to a lesser extent now, are all large to extra large centres.

    There's also DFO near the airport and Jindalee if you're looking for that.

    The Queen St Mall pretty covers the major city shops.

    If you want more alternative or market stuff, try markets in the Valley, Powerhouse, West End, Sth Bank...

  5. hey there definetly chermside, indropilly or DFO

  6. It depends what you want?  For a good variety of shops Queen St Mall is the best.  Chermside is also pretty good - but only if you know exactly what you want and where you can get it.

  7. It depends overall on what your looking for, if your looking for discounted brands try dfo - they have a variety of marked down prices on clothes and other stuff, same as places like westfield. If you want glamour and are willing to pay the price go into the queen st mall, they have something for everyone, atlhough there prices are in the higher mark they have plenty of shopping outlets, also there is harbour town at the gold coast. It's just like 200 shops all in one place and there usually cheap, take about $500 and you can definetly get a bargain, they have stores like converse, table 8 discount, and alot of high retail brands that usually are more expensive.

  8. Depending on your shopping list, but here's a couple:

    For affordable clothing (mainly women's) try the Stone's Corner Shopping Centre for lots of independent & competitive stores;

    For ethnic restaurants, Fortitude Valley and West End;

    For yummy deli delights, Swiss Gourmet Deli in West End, or misc. delis in Bardon & Paddington;

    For a day of varied shopping, there are many bus tours that take you to warehouse outlets.

    For general shopping, there are the usual massive centres at Toowong, Queen Street Mall, Wintergarten Centre, Myer Centre, Chermside, Mt Gravatt, Indooroopilly.
