Especially the kind of Mexican food with the combination plates, the refried (yes, with lard!) bean, the rice, the gooey cheese, etc.!

I know there's a lot more to Mexican cuisine than the refried beans, melted cheese, yadda yadda yadda.  However, THAT's the kind of Mexican food I grew up with!

I like Mexican too, but not as much as Chinese and Italian, cuz Chinese and Italian are a little to A LOT more healthier, depending on the choices of each food.
