You can get veggie burgers in mcdonalds and stuff.buy sandwiches in supermarkets,cheese and onion,cheese and pickle,egg salad.you can also buy ready made pasta in tubs

Hi, I'm UK based too. At Boots you can buy a 'meal deal'- which is any sandwiche, snack and drink for £2.99. The 'Meal Deal' range was designed by nutritionists so the products have controlled levels of salt, fat and sugar.

They have 2 vegan sandwiche options at Boots. There's the tofu and chili jam sandwiche, and a carrot and houmous one. Both are organic and vegan.

M&S fruit is always really fresh. It can be a little expensive, but it's good stuff. Holland and Barrett isn't a supermarket but they sell a lot of vegan foods, ideal for a picnic, like vegan cookies. You can also buy cartons of flavoured soymilk at H&B. Happy shopping :)

it's good to know u r a veg.  i hate meat eaters.  there are lots of things to eat. u can request for a burger without cheese, fries. marks do good fruit, smoothies without milk.  juices,
