The Borussia Monchengladbach coach admired the former winger who left the club to join Borussia Dortmund and also asked the fans to not put extra pressure on the new signings.

The boss just recently signed a contract extension until 2015 after guiding the side to a fourth place finish in the last league season. He insisted that to find a replacement for the midfielder was not possible and told that the

"[Reus] is totally impossible to replace. He was involved in 90 per cent of our goals last season,” he stated.
The coach revealed that the attacker is under-rated and very few individuals recognise his talent. The youngster has immense quality and reads the game really well.
“He has so much potential that few people in Germany actually realise. His game is incredibly intelligent, he understands everything," he said.
