Favre vs. Brady. Who is better?

Brett Favre and Tom Brady are both in the same division now since he was traded. The AFC East. Now we all know that Favre is a legendary QB and Brady is sort of one too. So who is better? Brady or Favre?

brady has won more superbowls and is still in his prime. brady still has alot of time to break records. Favre is at the end of his career but like all the "great legends" he just cant let go of the game, im sure favre will have his moments, but i dont think he can lead the jets to the playoffs/superbowl.

The pats won 3 rings with Brady as their QB. Wow. If you watch the highlight reels from superbowl 35, that one RB took the passes the distance; Brady just shoveled them two yards forwrd. Besides, It's already been proven that they cheated against the Rams, what makes you think they stopped between then and '07?

Brady had average stats until this year, when he got Randy Moss: one of the top receivers of this age, Wes Welker: the fastest white person ALIVE, and Donte Stallworth. 50 tds. Let's do the math: Moss had 23 receiving tds.  50-23=27. Just 3 more than '06. And he couldn't even pull of a Superbowl win against the giants. They were on his A$S all night and he got scared.

Favre, on the other hand, has set the record for most consecutive starts, career pass yards, career tds, and most total starts. Yeah, he only has 1 ring, which coincidentally was won against the Pats, but he's been the face of the NFL for 17 years.  Brett Favre delivers a rocket. Tom Brady CANNOT throw like that. All Brady does is lob it in Randy's general direction and the 6'5 ball magnet pulls it in.

Brady...3 time superbowl winner. He also proved that with great talent he can be the best qb in the regular season.

Brett is great, but I think Brady will go down as one of the top 3 qb's ever.

Btw, I am not a Pat's fan at all.

Brady is better.  Not based on his 3 rings.  I don't judge a QB by his rings...the QB is not the only guy out there.

I say Brady because he has been more consistent than Favre.  Like Favre, Brady is always in the game..however, Brady has a better good game to bad game ratio than Favre does.  

Both have produced with mediocre talent around them, and Brett Favre is,,well, he is Brett Favre.  But I would pick Brady over Favre in almost any situation.   And that is not taking anything away from Favre.

Illuvatar: You sir, are in denial. Not only did they not have proof that the Pats cheated against the Rams, but if you saw the game it would be quite obvious that they didnt. Dont blame cameras on the Rams not being able to win that game, blame Ty Law for picking off the CB and bringing it in for a TD. Plus you gotta blame Brady for the last quarter drive which won them the game. Look up the play by play on the game before you go around spreading bull c**p bruh.

I wans to say Favre, but it is hard to pick a guy who has had 7 17+ intercetpion seasons in his career. He is just easy to pick off.
