  1. i have a fear of vomiting. usually when i think i'm gonna puke i start having a panic attack and crying. its pathetic. i hate it!!! but there are some things u can do to cope with your fear.

-think about the wonderful baby u will have in the end. your baby will be worth puking, even if its every day for 9 months!

-try to rationalize your situation....its just puking, it doesnt feel good but u r not dieing so u will be fine when its over. focus on your goal = baby!

-remember to breathe. i panic and forget to breathe and it makes the situation worse.

    good luck.

  2. I have a fear of vomiting also.

I think it was because when I was smaller I was in town with my mum and an old woman fell over and was bleeding and then I was sick.

Now since then, I get all nervous when I think im going to be sick.

But my life isn't taken over by it because I hardly feel sick.

Don't worry about it, it might pass.

  3. well... nobody likes to vomit..

  4. i have that.  and i have to say that you should just go and try to get pregnant.  once you have your child it will be worth it to have to deal with the vomiting for a while.  it's going to happen and there's nothing wrong with it while you're pregnant so face your fears and after a while it won't bug you as much anymore

  5. just go ahead with it. You will sort this out. face your fears.

  6. when a person has any fear,or phobia, that is so serious it controls how they live their life, and the choices they make, they need  professional help. see your doctor, and get him to recommend a therapist that can deal with phobias. i think it is the best gift you can give yourself -find out what is causing the phobia, and learn to control it. then you will be able to face pregnancy with joy instead of fear. good luck.

  7. Just take life day by day. I have a fear of drowing, it is so bad that I rarely ever put my face in the water, but everyday I find the courage to wash my face. My suggestion to you is to ask yourself how much you want children. And ask yourself how long you are going to let your fears control your life. I never once vomitted while I was pregnant for both my kids, so you just never know. If it is bothering you that much, then tell yourself that you are going to do it, and take things day by day. Speak to your doctor if you feel you need to, maybe they can help. Good Luck

  8. Don't be a wimp-face your fear.

  9. I have a dislike for it, but not a fear. I will put it off when I am sick until I finally just have to realize I will feel better afterward. I hope you can get over this fear. Maybe see a doctor. Also, not everyone experiences morning sickness. I never did get sick with either of my pregnancies.

  10. i have to admit i hadn't heard of this till today

sat round a table and my gran mentions that my sister is car sick

my cousin starts crying and denies to join her in the car

    is this normal
