i take tumbling classes twice a week and just today i was able to do a back handspring by myself 20 times in a row. the weird thing is is that i had a harness on, but my coach wasn't holding it, yet when he took it off and told me to do them, i couldn't ? he says i'm ready. but i'm super scared. i know i can do it and i really want to, but my mind is stopping me. what can i do ??

  1. Okay, first before you do it, take a deep breath in and clear your mind of whatever is making you scared or stopping you from doing it. Imagine in your head, you doing a perfect back-handspring. Don't hesitate, just throw it, and think of it like this, why would your coach say you could do it if he didn't think you were ready or safe enough to do it? I hope this helped! Happy tumbling!

  2. well just calm youself down stay relax and think in you mind I know I can do it it was hard for me to learn how to do a back handspring but now I know how to them really good and I'm a cheerleader so jsut try to stay relax
