  1. A lot of people have fear of gaining weight. I wouldn't say an ED.

  2. A lot of people fear gaining weight without having an eating disorder, however it depends on the context. When it worries you enough to ask the question it sets alarm bells ringing, hiding a diet from your mother, again another red flag. The less weight you have to lose the slower the weight loss will be, and you really do not need to be eating less. If you are gaining weight without always eating, you do have an eating disorder and i would guess that your eating habits have caused your metabolism to slow down, as you are working against your body, it is trying to keep you alive believing there is famine. You need to eat more and more frequently, you need to tell your mother and see a doctor before it gets out of control.

  3. 85 is lite. at 5'1 about 120-130 is healthy

  4. the fact that you recognise it means it may be the start of it.
