  1. The more you do it the more you'll get used to it and the less scared you'll feel.

There's nothing like cutting someone twice you size in half.

  2. Tackle the posts..lol....But seriously do not syke yourself out some people are ready to tackle then they are so scared that they start grabbing at the player. I have watched many men sometimes smaller than the player and they get them down! It's all about throwing yourself into it and you will get the result you want! GO HARD!

  3. Just stop thinking. Concentrate on the game and let your instincts take over (not the ones where you flee...).

  4. Build your upper body strength up, this will be the area making/taking the hits.

If you have a favorite player tape his teams games and study his tackling technique.

Get a buddy and  a tackle bag to practise on, learn the basics first, where to position your head when making a tackle etc.... nothing worst then putting your head in the wrong position and knocking yourself out or even worse.

Don't go into every game with the intent on pulling off a big tackle, when the opportunitie arises, you'll see it.

And when you pull that big tackle off don't stand over the recipient of your tackle yelling "you want some m**o you want some more" 'cause there's always some else out their waiting to put the same hit on you.

  5. team training builds confidence.  fearless breaks bones, yours or theirs

  6. Yeah, i had the same problem when I started. practise by trowing yourself to a matress and when you build courage, try it on grass, then on slippery concrete.

  7. you just have to be fearless bro that body positioning momentum and timing
