  1. If you have Fear that is because you are weak and you know it.

    Hypnotherapy doesn't cure anything.

What it does is it allows you to go back to certain moments in your life and to learn to life with it, i.e. you can not change what happened but you can look different onto it.

Learn Tai Chi and Qi Kung.

That enables you to strengthen yourself and you learn how to feel.

When you get stronger you loose your fear.

    For Fear stops you trying.

  2. What you can do now is ask yourself to relax and go back in time to the very first time you ever had fear. Let yourself be guided back there by your unconscious mind (ie the part that beats your heart and holds all the info you have unconsciously) and when there stay above whatever you notice there, as if you are a bird, or as if you are in a plane. Then when you have observed what happened, notice all the negative emotions down there and release all of them. Remember, that was then, this is now. Then come back to the present, allowing any subsequent times when there was fear to change in light of the change you have made to the root cause of the fear - blow it out of your neurology and out of your past. Then go into the future to a time when if you hadn't done this work, you would previously have felt fear and make sure  you feel different now. Make a dissociated image (like a photo) of yourself which has you looking confident and very happy and when the photo is exactly right and powerful, drop it into a point in your future and notice how it changes everything even more. Now come back to now and from now on focus on what you want in life and be positive.  If u need further help consult someone who does hypnotherapy, time-line therapy and NLP for the best results (Huna training adds another profound dimension to fast change too). Good luck. Be a Warrior!

  3. it does work and it can treat several issues but only one at a time

  4. Hello Colin,

Yes, hypnosis can work with many different problems.  I would suggest contacting a hypnotist in your area.  You can access hypnotist referrals online with the National Guild of Hypnotists, Inc. at http://www.ngh.net/Forms/Referral.aspx

  5. yes, hypnotherapy works.   I once had a fear of complete darkness.  When I sleep at night, I saw to it that there should be even just a ray of light so as to keep my room not completely dark.  I usually had trouble breathing when there is total darkness.  but hypnotherapy cured me.  if you could not find a hypnotherapist, you could find a therapist who practices Neuro-Linguisting Programming (NLP)  this is also very very similar hypnosis.  In NLP a therapist uses several methods like dissociation, unconscious reframing, anchoring, etc...  you should try this.  not only is it exciting, it is also very helpful to ones well being.

  6. It works on many people.

It's easier to work on one fear at a time, so pick the one that is the most limiting. If you fear flying, but don't plan to travel, who cares?
