Feathers are not smooth they look very rufflied?

I have a 31 yr old male & a 5 year old female umbrella cockatoo lately I've noticed that the females feathers look unkept very ruffled not smooth at all ,The male is some what ruffled but not as much as the female they are not kept in the same cage. If anyone can give me some suggestions i would greatly appreciate it

Could be that she is just going through a molt. If she is behaving normally, eating and drinking, then you shouldnt be worried about anything. Give plenty of fruits and vegetables. If they like the water, give her some water to bathe in, or mist her with a spray bottle.
