Feathers in my down comforter shift to the edges...?

How do I get the feathers to stay towards the middle? I want the down to stay evenly distributed....

  1. I don't know of any way to get them to stay but I just periodically grab the corners and shake all of the feathers back towards the middle.  You could also put it in the dryer with a clean tennis shoe.
