  1. They are called Plumes, they look really cute , especially in parades

  2. the feathers are caleed plumes, and the mare is  not a black horse. she is dark brown

  3. it looks cute but odd in a good way

  4. I believe it's called a "plume."

  5. Plume:)

  6. they are plumes..from an ostritch.  They are some how fitted onto the crownpiece of the bridle (although they don't appear on the tippy top) but this bridle is for a harness.  It has blinkers on the sides so the horse can't look anywhere else but straight ahead, and possibly an overcheck..but it is hard to se if there is one or not..and just fancy studs along the leather of the bridle.  Like an old fashioned work harness.

  7. They are called plumes and used alot in horses that pull a carriage for a wedding or in a parade they think it looks fancy and the bridel is a part of the harness that is used for pulling a carriage or cart the things that are over  the eyes are called blinders and they make it where the horse can only see directally in front of it so it will pay attention

  8. They are called plumes but you may have to but the bridle seperate, depending on where you are and what they sell around you.

  9. plumage
