Question:

Fed EX Was my package Lost!?

I ordered a package & it was shipped fed ex from california on sept 25. I live in kentucky & was tracking ti on the web but then after midnight on the 26th it stopped updating when it used to update 4 times a day. The fed ex person refuses to confirm if my pkg was or wasnt on the truck. So does anyone know what routes these "ground" trucks take? If it left california on the 25th it should have been ABOUT where the wrecked truck was.

  1. If it was supposed to be there in 2 days or less get your money back.  If not you're gonna have to wait.

  2. call them and ask to speak to a supervisor they might be able to assist you better then just the front line staff

and do you know if your package was send

via Fedex EXPRESSS or Fedex GROUND?

then if it was Fedex ground  is your package going to a residence

then that would would Fedex HOME DELIVERY

so you should ask for a supervisor and then they might also

connect to the local hub as well

  3. Your package simply wasn't scanned during that time, it was on a long transit leg.  There's always a lot of activity as the package is enterd in the system when the driver picks it up, drops it off at the terminal, it's loaded onto a truck to travel to a main hub, then loaded on a long haul truck.  Until that container is unloaded at the next transfer point, it won't show activity.  Since this is the 28th, I'm sure your package is either at your local delivery terminal or even out for delivery.

  4. i wouldnt be concerned yet give it a day or two to process the item into their system . and also it may have showed it left on computer the 25th but sometimes they dont get picked up till later that is just the day it showed it was scheduled to be picked up .. next time try united states postal service priority mail.
