  1. you are being stupid and stubborn!! people like YOU are causing this c**p! Thanks a lot for RUINING our planet! You are contaminating our air with deadly toxins! Just because you may want to die, don't s***w it up for the rest of us!

  2. Yea you are just another uneducated american. Global warming is real and its people like you who are going to ruin the world.  You are going to ruin it for every generation after you.  Including your kids and their kids, hope your happy.....sinner.

  3. Sorry. I am unable to join you as I love my country, love children, and are pro-life. You will have to find other pro-death, American-hating, RepubliCONs to join your nuthouse.

'A spokesman for the Royal Society, Britain's leading scientific academy, said: "At present there is a small minority which is seeking to deliberately confuse the public on the causes of climate change.

"They are often misrepresenting the science, when the reality is that the evidence is getting stronger every day.

"We have reached a point where a failure to take action to reduce carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions would be irresponsible and dangerous." '

  4. global warming is a serious issue and yes we humans are a big contributing factor - this earth was made for us to look after not destroy.  I know that I am doing my part to ensure my children and grandchildren can enjoy this beautiful world and I wish that more would step up to the plate - like you!  I don't imagine you'll have any takers on your idea - as it proves that you are very uneducated when it comes to the place every human calls HOME!

  5. Typical general American attitude ,

you people think you already own the planet,

After all God gave it to you,

instead of sharing it with billions of other creatures

Bet you cant wait for the New world order to kick in.,and it will soon enough, then you can do what you like ,for a while

  6. Hurricane Betsy (and a few other category 4 or 5 hurricanes) struck New Orleans long before Katrina, and they did not flood the city. Katrina did. That is a sure sign that global warming is empowering hurricanes even more.

You're being a c****n if you're increasing a "c****n" footprint. If a hydrogen-powered big rig collides with your gas-guzzling 1970 Chrysler New Yorker some years into the future, then people nearby will be in the right mind to applause the accident.

Let's hope Hydrogen gets a subsidy (and governmental discount credits to build hydrogen stations or refit gas stations with hydrogen pumps) and gasoline (or how about "assholine") gets a good tax hike.

  7. Judging from the question and the answers you have received I think that us "greenies" will be fairly safe because there is no way that half the people who have replied in the affirmative will be able to turn a light switch on without help and the other half probably didnt even understand what you are talking about anyway.  Not to mention that you will have to get the people that look after you to let you free on that day.

So, to answer the question. No I am not fed up with greenies and no I will not join you.

  8. and i was all getting ready to defend the dog biscuits

  9. I and lot of my friends will join you.  The earth goes through heating and cooling cycles and there's very little we can do about it.  One volcanic eruption will destroy a lot more than anything man can throw in the air.

The "CHICKEN LITTLES" can kiss where the sun doesn't shine.

  10. I'll join you. I read some of the answers and they state that those of us who believe that it isn't global warming are uneducated. I'm a college grad and I took physic classes. I also read more than a few history books. The environmentalists are trying to force their agenda on the rest of us. I attended the 1st earth day back in 1970 and I saw that they are radicals. I look back and see what they have accomplished in the political world. They are a political organization, but they claim that they don't have a political agenda. When they have laws passed to meet their agenda, that is the definition of a political organization. Global Warming is a business. I am disgusted that every time I turn around they have another cause and want to change the law.

  11. it's a deal.

  12. Thank you to the asker for having a brain!  I'm so tired of all this green bull shlt.  Nobody is willing to do a little digging to find out that the entire man-made global warming concept is just a fashionable alarmism that has no real substance.  Do a little digging people and you'll find out you can poke holes in just about every aspect of global warming and being "green".  Do you realize that being green is nothing more than companies capitalizing on your ignorance?  Kudos to them for seeing a market.  Recycling is a great concept and all, but guess what?  It takes energy to make energy.  So all that raw material you're reusing is just polluting more in other areas.  And that Prius you're driving? That actually does more damage to the environment during it's production and shipping alone than a Hummer does over the life of the vehicle.  Compact fluorescent light bulbs that supposedly save the planet by using less energy have been known for burning out well short of their 5 or 6 year life span and not to mention contain the very toxic metal mercury.  And of course they're more expensive than your standard incandescent bulb.  Don't forget that they need to be recycled too because you can't throw away something with mercury because it might leak into the water table, so we're back to the inefficiency of recycling again.  And what about your golden boy Al Gore.  Supposedly the self-proclaimed savior and messiah of the world against all those evil polluting companies?  If you do a little research on him, you will find out that he's nothing more than a hypocrite flying around in a private jet with a home that pollutes exponentially more than the average American.  Yet he's preaching that YOU should lower your carbon emissions.  So it's ok for him to do it, but not you?  He can't practice what he preaches . . .do as I say, not as I do, right?  I could go on for 100 pages about this, but I don't have the energy to show everyone the foolishness of being green.  It's nothing more than a feel-good act for those who are ignorant of what is really going on.

  13. I'm with you! BTW Why is it that Global Warming is the only far-fetched conspiracy theory that the public will accept? Maybe because it is sponsored by all the hypocritical Bio-Terrorists like Greenpeace and Al Gore.

  14. YES.

Global warming is the biggest hoax ever.  The earth naturally heats and cools.  The Great Lakes were formed by glaciers, they melted long before SUV's.

The hoax is also hurting our economy by making everyone think ethanol is the answer.  It takes more BTU's (energy) to make a gallon of ethanol than you get it out of it.  Ethanol also has less energy per gallon so it takes more to go the same distance. The increased demand for corn for ethanol is driving up all food prices since milk, beef, poultry, pork, and many cereals use large amounts of corn.  This is causing inflation and slowing the economy.

We should all use energy wisely but until we do away with night time sporting events, concerts, bars closed at dark, vacations banned and Disney World shut down, and all non essential computer use banned I will not stop driving my SUV and boat.

And why is the fix taxing the US while the real polluters China, Russia, Indonesia, and India are allowed to keep polluting.  Further ruining our economy and sending the money to the UN will not cool the earth.

  15. Gonna have to say no to that!  lol

It'd be better to try and get Greenpeace to stop using biga** boats and ships to stop the whaling and whatever else out on the oceans.  They are using more fuel that destroys the environment, than doing good in stopping what they are trying to stop.  Why chase people around in speedboats, or hold people captive?  There's got to be a better way!

  16. Nope. Won't join you. But I'm sick of all these poser "greenies" who aren't even vegetarians or recyclers or don't even know what global warming is! How can they preach to other people when they don't do it? The posers are all hypocrites.

  17. Sorry Karate, you ARE uneducated.

I recommend you to get a B.Sc. in physics or chemistry and then in 3 years we can speak again.

About recycling: if you hate your national industry, you can recycle less to make them less competitive (as it reduces their cost)., but isn´t that like shooting in your own leg?

  18. Well, I don't' believe in man made gw.  I don't mind recycling pop cans and all, actually I liked it when they paid .10 cents for pop bottles when I was a kid.   I hate earth day.  what a joke,  so on earth day, I like to have a nice time either cutting a tree to burn or burning some limbs that came down naturally.   That I would be happy to join you with.

  19. Go for it.  You'll look like the n***s who marched in Skokie -

A handful of bedraggled twerps surrounded on all sides, marginalized, insignificant and nowhere left to go.

Like Nickel said, go home and when you have an argument come back out.

  20. Why complain about it.  Just do what you want.  It doesn't cost more to be "green" -- it uses less of everything.  So there is no reason some entity would try to "endoctrinate" us with environmentalism for its own financial gain.

Sure I admit ad agencies and corporations abuse words like "green" to make money, but they abuse every buzz word out there -"s**y" "smart" "solutions"

Whether you're green or not you shouldn't let the media or public education make decisions for you, and you should live how you want, but with respect for other people.  There are jerks on both sides of the issues. And whether you believe in global warming or not, it's just one issue.  There's a million other reasons to reduce your footprint.
