FedEx, UPS and DHL uniform policy on shoes?

I have noticed that all of the delivery guys wear black pair of shoes, except for UPS. Are the shoes issued by the companies or purchased by individuals? Are there certain regulation on shoes?

  1. at ups they have to be brownso they match the uniform and theymust buy there own but dont worry ups pays great
