The activity says: On FedEx vehicle for delivery. But it been saying that since 7:19 AM and is 12:47 PM when is the truck coming to give me my stuff!? is it suppose to take this long or something happen?

Depends on where you are located and what Fed Ex service was selected (Priority, Standard, etc.).  "On vehicle for delivery" simply means that it will be delivered some time that date unless a certain time was guaranteed.  Standard delivery is usually by 3pm but can be as late as 6 or 7 pm depending on location.

It depends on what time the truck typically comes into your neighborhood. Sometimes you'll be on the early part of a drivers  daily route, and sometimes you're on the tail end.

But if it says it's out for delivery, you'll just have to be patient.
