FedEx return item and fedex return label questions?

Hi, like a week ago I won the new ebay 5 gallon fish tank and the day I recieved the tank, I saw a big cracked on the left side of the tank. I've emailed the seller and he sent me the email return label. Now the problem I have is I already used super glue to fix the damaged part of the fish tank and it's working. The tank no longer leaked. So do you think I can still return the item for another one? And do you have to pay any additional charges if the return label has been prepaid? and last, will I be able to drop this item off USPS or it has to be Fedex?

If its a prepaid fedex label, call 1(800)4633339 <----thats fedex,  tell them you need a pickup.  Let them know if its a fedex ground or fedex express label(it'll say somewhere on the label).  Pickup charge will be paid by the person/company that sent you the label
