  1. None of the above. He completely ignored the Constitution.

    a) Gives all the power to the States and the People not delegated to the Fed's in the Constitution. No authority given to the President here.

    b) Tells the legislator their powers and limits, again, no authority given to the President.

    c) Although the 16th allows the Fed's to collect taxes any which way, it still does not give them the authority to spend it any way they want. No authority for spending not explicitly given in the Constitution.

    d) Again, No authority for the beauracracies created under FDR.

Article IV Section 4; We are promised a Republican form of government. Creating unelected bodies of government like the IRS, Dept. Housing, Education etc.. are un-Constitutional because they create codes and regulations with the full force of law without being accountable to the people.

Why do you think it doesn't matter who we elect, government just keeps growing and growing and usurping our liberties. These people are the ones creating most of the regulations and codes we have to live by and we do not have any recourse for what they do or a way to get rid of them. That is the problem with a Democracy, it becomes mob rule, instead of the rule of law (Constitution).

I have always said we ceased being a Republic when FDR was elected and we became a Democracy, beholden to the government instead of government beholden to the people.
