  1. federer will come back. it is natural to have rough patches and roger is just going through one. his time is not over. roger is the king of this generation of tennis and it will take more than nadal and djokovic to dethrone him.

    GO ROGER GO!

  2. That's a good good question! Federer's ruled the tennis world for four straight years. That's way more than his PEAK in my opinion! He's still the world number two, and people consider him one of the greatest players EVER! That's a big deal. I think he's still got it. We shouldn't under-estimate him AT ALL. He'll definitely do well at the US Open this year, and he's not done yet. He's still a living legend!

  3. i am sure he would bounce back next year

  4. Federer is passed his peak and will not make a comeback - he doesn't have the raw power that Pete had. Also, other players are figuring out his style, and he is no match anymore for power players like Rafa and Novak. These guys can play a 30 stroke rally without even flinching - Federer will eventually hit a ball out or in the net. If he gets to the semis at the US he will be destroyed by Novak - if by some miracle he gets by the Serb, Nadal will beat him easily. Whenever he is pressured from the baseline by players who are no longer afraid of him (like how Blake beat him at the Olympics) he makes mistakes. He didn't win any slams this year because his game is longer threatening. Federer will never dominate again.
