I thought that it was Nadal's serve in the 2nd set...? Federer won the toss, served first, and Nadal broke that serve and won the set. So it should have been an advantage to Nadal because he was serving first on the 2nd set.... or doesnt it work that way any more?

  1. You each serve in turn.  You cannot serve two games in a row.  Very simple.

  2. In tennis, you dont alternate serves based on serves, its based on the last person who served. So if i served last, my opponent serves, if i beat my opponents serve, i serve first next set.

  3. it was an even # of games
