Okay, I had ordered a Fujitsu laptop, and it came with a free 4 GB USB.
It was on a Friday when my mom had a day off did the Fujitsu laptop come, but the 4 GB USB was shipped off from Fujitsu a day later, so the USB didn't come with the laptop.
When the USB did come, however, none of us were home. My mom and dad were at work, and my brother and I were at school.
Now, since they tried to deliver too many times (the 1st time they delivered to the wrong address!), they're not even shipping it anymore.
Can I call them and tell them to schedule a shipping to our house?
If so, how can I do this? I tried to contact customer support, but I didn't know which category it was in.
