Fedex clearance delay

Question

I just bought an airsoft metal body kit for a tokyo Marui M1911 on Aug 7 from airsoftglobal.com but when I check the fedex website is say clearance delay for the past 2 days then all of a sudden its says returned to shipper why? please help

P.S

I been buying airsoft and airsoft accessories from hongkong for the past 3 years and never had this problem from dhl and ups but fedex...man

because FedEx is full of idiots.  They delivered my phone to the wrong address, and the driver admitted she didn't bother to look at it, she just looked at the last name, and knew other people with that last name, so thought it must be for them!
