I need help. I purchased clothes online. It has two tracking numbers and two big box packages and it needs a signatured required for it. The Fedex delivered to a wrong address and it was signed by someone I don't even know. I asked my Building manager and said he did not received anything. The two packages are worth $700.00 worth of clothes. I called the 800 Fedex and told them my situation. My question is: If the Fedex person can't track my package and can't find who he delivered it to. I know I will get my money back but If i went back to the website where I ordered my clothes and doesn't have any more sizes. Do I only get whatever was worth on my two packages. Do I also get extra money because what if they don't have any more sizes where I ordered my clothes from.I don't know what the Fedex policy if they made a mistake and lost my package. Thank you
