Is it possible to leave feedback for someone,

That you didnt buy through eBay?

because this woman does special orders.

and thats what i did.

and she said to leave her feedback..

But i didnt think i could.

It's a phishing set up. you'll probably click on a link and enter your password in on a false website and they will then steal steal steal.

No, you can only leave feedback for items purchased through ebay, otherwise people could ask all their friends and relatives to bump up their feedback by leaving random glowing comments.
