Feedback on Upkar Developers, Bangalore?

Does anyone have opinions on Upkar Developers and their project at Bangalore, Upkar Springfields? Please share them with me.

I bought a plot in Upkar Spring fields two years back. My experience with them was very good and before going for the lot I even did a lot of research. In my company a lot of guys have gone for plots there. This developer seems to have a good rapport in the market and he is very particular about the price. He does not allow anybody to negotiate.

they seem to be a very good company and the project they are working on is coming under budget so far/
