Feedback on my FFL team please?

This is an ESPN league btw.

Offense (starters):

RB - Joseph Addai

WR - Torry Holt

WR - Hines Ward

TE - Tony Gonzalez

OP (offensive player utility) - Owen Daniels

OP - Jabar Gaffney

K - Jason Elam

IDPs:

First off, ESPN rocks, good choice.

I've never played with IDP's before so I can't offer any advice there

I really like brees, addai, and gonzalez, should all put up solid numbers

Ward and Holt should do pretty well, however I've never been a huge fan, they are both 32 years old i believe, and it seems to me that ward's numbers are on the decline and i'd consider him a #2 fantasy WR. Holt has some better numbers but I'm always skepticle of him as well, he did fine for me these past two years so perhaps he'll continue to give you 15 points/week. While these are not my first 2 choices for wideouts, they should do just fine

The two players I think that need to be upgraded some if possible are owen daniels and jabar gaffney. Owens had fairly solid numbers last year for a TE (768 yards, 3 TDs in 07) but I'd only use him in a TE position. Gaffney should put up average numbers but i don't foresee him getting a ton of fantasy points (449 yards, 5 TD's on 07)

There is my opinion whether you agree or not, and i'll leave the upgrading to you. Best of luck in your league

Without knowing specifics I can't comment much on the IDPs.  Your top 5 offensive players are solid, but after that things get weird.  You have 2 OP spots.  In ESPN leagues you can and want to use QB's there.  Even the worse QB will score 10 times Daniels and Gaffney combined.  Unless you are in a very large league your team is extremely odd.  Why would you have 3 TE's?  They are one of, if not, the lowest scoring position in FF.  With only 7 offensive players starting per team, you should have a much better team.  Good luck.
