i have question about this.

my aunt is about to have her daughter and she wants to feed her organic foods/formula all her life.

(her body malfunctions and cannot produce b milk so she has to do formula)

anyways, my question is this, as i kno it is would be healthier to go the organic route would this make her more susceptible to sickness from non organic foods in the future?

and will it also make her more susceptible for sickness because her body would not be used to toxins in food?

i need none biased informed answers for this one as it is serious.

i fed my daughter both organic and non organic all three years of her life and she has had no problem but i was wondering about someone who eats strictly organic.

thank you!

  1. Feeding her daughter only organic food would be better for her and she will probably be more healthy than others.  The less toxens, hormones, and artificial sweeteners they have in their bodies, the better.  It will also not hurt her to have nonorganic things mixed in every now and then.

  2. No it will not make her more susceptible. The less she is exposed to the better. That does not mean that should the child eat a non-organic fruit for the first time covered in pesticides that she will get sick or it will effect her more. It means she is just getting less of it because that would have been the first time she is exposed to it and that is a good thing. I feel organic is better. She will be healthier because the organic fruits and veggies have a higher nutrient content then the ones given growth hormones and pesticides. A lot of the non-organic fruits and veggies lose their cancer fighting antioxidents and nutrients. She will be quite a healthy child and person if she stricly eats organic. It is expensive though but in the long run much better for her.

I am pregnant and eating stricly organic. I even changed ALL of my beauty and bath products to all natural and organic. My shampoo and conditioner, bodywash, even my toothpaste!!! I have even gone as far as to buy all natural cleaning products that are 100% chemical free and made of oils and plant product and even my dishsoap and handsoap and lotions.
