Hey, I'm 15, male. Ok, I don't have a history of eating disorders or anything, if that's what this question seemed like. About 2 weeks ago I ate cottage cheese, and it was the worst food I've ever had in my life. I felt like throwing up on every bite, it was horrible.
Anyway, ever since then, now and then when I have foods, mainly ones that don't taste good, I feel like throwing up. Today, I felt like throwing up just by putting my toothbrush in my mouth and brushing.
Why's this happening? What do I do?
