  1. Hi, I live in London so know of NHS services. Depression is a serious illness and YOU SHOULD seek medical help. I'm unsure as to who can help you other than the NHS.

They offer a multitude of services including counseling, psychotherapy, group approaches, behaviour therapy and medicines. Drugs are not the only option and a more holistic approach is now implemented with 'talk therapies' playing a more significant role. Doctor's are much more approachable these days and depression is nothing to be ashamed off. It is the most common illness in the UK, and as I've said, there are services to match that need.

Book an appointment with your GP and he/she will advice you on where to go next.

    Hope this helps.

  2. what kind of help

  3. google nhsdirect and follow the links. Good luck and best wishes. UK

  4. Talk to a priest or minister of a church.

Join a chat session online - not to talk about being depressed but just in order to have interaction with people.

Go volunteer at an organization that helps the less fortunate people, such as a homeless shelter.
