Question:

Feeling Dizzy and not all there?

well i was just warming up for my running exercise when i stopped i felt dizzy to walk around and not all there, its horrible, whats happening to me, i feel different too before like my brain is not all there int he world it happens every so often, its been 10 minutes since it started, am i dehydrated or something?

  1. It sounds like vertigo(It is the sensation of spinning or swaying while the body is stationary with respect to the surroundings.)  


  2. It's sounds like a blood sugar crash. Drink plenty of water and nibble on some starchy foods. Personally for some reason I always crave fruit!

  3. maybe you did'nt eat anything and you did a hard excercie thats why.

  5. no, maybe its just new or you are weak or you've a head ache

  6. It could be anything, most likely dehydration, lack of food and sleep, low blood sugar, migraine. either way, drink plenty of water. stand up slowly; fainting is your body's way of getting more blood to your head in a hurry.  

  7. have you eaten anything?

    i get like that when i crash diet, so maybe if you just eat something, or drink plenty of water/juice, you'll feel better
