Feeling a lil weak..what is it??

My side abs hurt, i have a minor head ach, yesterdy my ovaires were very soar and my lower back was soar also. I am sexuaoly active but my fiance uses condoms. It cant be my period cus i had it on Aug. 10. What can it be? I have seen discharge a clear thick slimmy thing...

Could be a cold or a mild case of the flu. Take some antibiotics and see if that helps.
