Feeling depressed!?!?!?!?

Lately, i've been feeling depressed, and i don't WHY i'm depressed. I really have no reason to be sad. Yesterday i felt like crying and so i did, i don't know why i cried. it just felt like i had too. i think i have anxiety/panic attacks too. I feel like i have butterflies in my stomach that lasts for at least 10 Min's. sometimes my chest has a dull pain.

What could be causing this? :\. i'm tired of feeling like this, i want to feel happy and be happy.

  1. By your description, your problem is not clear. many things are to be looked into like for how long it's going on? What are your thoughts nowadays? the time of your specific symptoms in a day? what's the exact nature of symptoms? current stressors? etc. It's better you consult a mental health professional- clinical psychologist, counselor or a psychiatrist.  


  2. this happened to me like a month ago...

    there's nothing to solve it.

    just wait and it will go away. in the mean time, do excercise, go to the movies, visit friends, even if you don't feel like doing nothing. Do something, keep your mind busy.

    That's the best way to fix depression.

    If you feel a panic attack or feelings of anxiety creeping up on you then try this word repetition technique that I learned that helps me to quickly 'snap out' of my panic attacks:

    I simply repeat the words 'cream cake' over and over in my head as quickly as I can without stopping.    You could use any word or words you like really but that's what I chose (because I like cream cakes).  It apparently works because it doesn't give your brain time to process the panicky thoughts and so helps you to relax again.  Seems strange I know ... but it works for me!

  7. i'm feeling like this right now but it's cosi finally got my summer holidays and it's raining alot in england soi cant go out a lot, my friends are mosty busy, i have no money to do anything, i really miss the boy i love who just doesn't seem to care i exist anymore and my mother is givin me grief so you can see i'm going through a rough patch but hopefully it will get better. i noticed praying helps me a lot.

  8. are you PMSing? you might feel upset when that's happening.  Also, you can try going out more, do some light exercises, they can help lighten your mood!

  9. i suffer from depressiona nd the best thing that has worked for me is going to therapy and im going to be starting some meds. dont ignore it.depression is a serouis issue and should be handeled.

  10. depression makes you feel this way...see a therapist to help you...your world will be alot brighter...i have major depression and take meds that help me...we take stuff alot harder than most people...
