iam feeling dejected on loss of three games by the team which i support in a sport........loosing the last game made me cry......coz the team didnot make it to the semifinals coz of teh loss.....i am feeling depressed when i think of the game and the losses the team had.....am i going crazy....hw can i overcome this

  1. Its normal

    When your team wins - You are happy

    When your team loses - You feel sad

    Bottomline is, there is nothing you can do about it, since you are not a player of the team but only a spectator.

    Just move on with your life....(its not your fault anyway)


  2. Just relax. In a game both side cannot win.  Take consolation that the team played better on the particular day won.

    Start supporting other team for this season and Hope for improvement the next season

  4. im assuming your talking about the mumbai indians (i apologize if it's another team you're talking about). simply you have to move on and look ahead. if you really support your team you will never leave them and never fell depressed. you would support them through the good and the bad. thats what been a true fan is about.

  6. Since the team you supported has lost and not made it to the semi-final, you should leave your misery behind and support some other team.  After all, most of them are Indians.
