hey

im feeling really miserable latly

i have such a lack of accomplicment right now

i want to loose weight

but i cant seem to do it right

i want to get more sleep

but i cant fall asleep for what seems like a really long while

i cant change what i hate

i always seem to turn back from good change bwcause im scared

so im feeling really miserable cause nothings going my way

can anyone give me happy words to help me get back on with my life

its just a little boute of depression and dispair

i always move on

but i need some happy words

  1. sorry i get that sometimes and it sucks! if you want to loose weight just do some easy things and see if it works,it did for me. Drink only water eat less carbs do some abs work and make sure you just take the right portion of meals. to fall asleep try some calming music and clear your head. When i cant fall asleep it is because im stressed or thinking to much.

    It seems hard now but i promise it will get better. i like to listen to sometimes depressing music so i feel someone understands. Some bands that help me out is simple plan paramore, tokio hotel and jonas brothers. i know it sounds weird but when you can connect to the band and their songs it can really help. Hope you feel better i know i will feel this way arounnd tomorrow with school just starting and more drama.

  2. i kno how you feel. its ok. if u want to get more sleep try meletonine. that works for me. i hope it works for you. if u want to loose weight do some simple exersizes like walking or dancing. im sure u look good how u r. if anyone has a problem with u then its there loss.

  3. ur alive & living right?? so live life!! stop bein depressed and be thankful for things that you have and even for bein put on this earth!.. think of things that you like about urself and focus on that..

  5. Start small and work your way from there. Choose one goal at a time and work on that one first. Everything takes time, but can be accomplished.  Join a gym if you don't already belong to one, or just start by eating less and walking around your neighborhood, mall, or any other place you enjoy. As for sleep, excercise will help with that problem naturally, plus it will make you feel better about yourself, give you more energy, and clear your mind. Just start slow and don't over do it. things will improve!!

  7. You know what you need? You need guidence from Allah almighty, and you will never feel down again. Listen to Allah's words, from the Quran, being recited in Arabic. Go on youtube.com right now, type in SURAH RECITATION and listen to God's words. Let him remind you of your duties as a Muslim, let him remind you of what to expect in the hereafter (whether you be a believer or a nonbeliever). Let these reminders help you at times of trouble, and always remember your Lord, your creator Allah no matter what.

  9. Remember to look up at the sky and see how blue it is. Listen to the birds sing and be glad you can hear them. dicover somthing new in yourself. Sit down and write a list of all your good qualities and then your bad. Think of things you love instead of things you hate. Remember it always can be worse and only you can make it better. We all have bad days, bad luck, and bad things happen to us. Live each day as it is your last. Do something you have not done in a long time.  Think happy thoughts. :)
