Question:

Feeling kind of depressed. Any kind hang in there words to cheer me up?

Grrr. My depression hasn't been that bad lately but it seems like it's really bad again today. Can you cheer me up? Maybe a virtual hug or kind word would make me feel better.

  1. course i can give you a kind word darling.

    i had awful depression at one point, and do you know what, now it has gotten so much better, i only get it from time to time and not seriously.

    the thing to remember is you are not going through this alone. whatever you are depressed about, im sure you are a gorgeous person, with a stunning personality, and great intelligence. you are going to pull through this i promise. if you need to talk about it i suggest giving the Samaritans a call, i mean even if you are shy to talk about your problems over the phone you can even email them, and they answer back so fast its incredible. I'll paste the link in the box below 'cause they helped me so much through my rough times.

  8. What you need is some exercise, if you will get out and take a walk, ride a bike, or go swimming. Include 30 min of exercise, in your day. That will do you more good to start, and your man Wayne  will give you a hug shortly, once you feel that the depression is lifting. Best wishes, and get moving......

Sweetheart, I think you have a problem with depression.  This requires help outside help.  Please see a psychiatrist there are all kinds of medications that are very safe that will change your mood level.  The most important to remember is that it is alway temporary. It changes that is why you need help.  You don't have to live this way and you don't deserve to.

    I'm speaking with experience.  Temporarily you can do something that you like.  See a movie, shop talk to friends.  Talking about how you feel is the best thing that you can do.  You know you are a kind and good person and need to tell yourself this as often as you can.  Please Take Care!!  I will be thinking of you.

  12. awww, here is my *hug* I was really depressed earlier today, my friend cheered me up by reminding me of some funny things we did together and he made me laugh.  Just remember, "things can only get better" :)  I hope I helped.
