  1. Here's my list for remedies:

    Depression always makes you feel anti social; making you a homebody. The best thing to do is get out and do something "social". It may sound unenjoyable, but it's really the best thing to cheer you up. The longer you stay home and eat and watch tv, browse internet, the more and more you'll become depressed.

    Whatever makes you depressed, suppress it. Solve that problem that's making you feel like c**p. If you have no problem, then, again, do something social. Talking to a friend, doing something with them is the only solution to getting over that gross feeling.

    If you can take the time to meditate, try that as well. Just focus on your breathing, inhale and exhale, nothing more. You'll eventually emerge yourself into that unconscious state. Once you awake, you'll feel renewed.

    Trust me, I took stress management.

  3. Right here goess, open all the windows in your house, put on mika full blast on your stereo, cover your kitchen table in sweets and run around your house naked, screaming. !! you might not do it but hopefully it'll be a good laugh reading it :L x*x

  4. go out to dinner with a person who never fails to make you laugh. Just try not to think about whatever is depressing you. Maybe watch a funny movie/show. Some shows that ALWAYS make me laugh: arrested development, friends, and scrubs...good stuff.

    If you've been depressed for a long time, make sure you tell someone close to you.

  5. surround yourself with friends, family, animals, anyone that makes you happy. depending on where you live, go buy yourself some fresh cut flowers every few days. i hear that cheers people up a little :) it's just one of those nice things to do for yourself

  6. take some drugs and lie down

  7. Watch a romantic movie while eating dark chocolate.

    Go for a jog while listening to music.

    Go out with friends and/or family and enjoy yourself.

  10. Go for a swim and wash away the bad feelings!
